It comes equipped with an modern elevator for easy access to an upstairs condos and deck with amazing views of surrounding scenery.

The magnificent fully equiped gourmet kitchen is roomy enough to accommodate several avid chefs as they move around in preparation for optional community meals. These meals typically are held once or twice weekly, giving people a chance to socialize, meet one another and really partake in an active retirement.

The common kitchen at Silver Sage Village is next to the central garden and patio and is convenient for outdoor dining and BBQ’s in the Summer. The most impressive and largest of the floor plans available at Silver Sage is the spectacular Douglas Fir residence. These homes are 2794 square feet over 3 levels. The main level of the home features a large living and dining room directly joined to the open plan kitchen. There is a covered porch, and a main floor bedroom. Also coming off the kitchen area is a open office space, perfect for a reading room or internet alcove. The love level has an additional full bedroom, as well as another mezannine type office,. The home is perfect for a his and hers office set up.

Pricing and cost of living at Silver Sage.

Homes vary in price at Silver Sage in Colorado. The smaller plans such as the Birch Floor Plan start from $450,000. There is also a larger version of the Birch Plan that has a full basement that is $525,000 - the additional costs associated with living at Silver Sage include home owner association fees that are around $255 per month per home.
